Integrastruct delivers commercial fit-outs at every stage — from base build Cat A shells to fully bespoke Cat B occupier interiors.

Cat A fit-outs bring a shell to a lettable standard: raised floors, suspended ceilings, basic M&E distribution, fire protection and common-area finishes. Cat B takes the space further, fitting it out to the occupier's specific brief — partitioning, joinery, branded finishes, AV, lighting design and furniture installation.

We manage both categories under a single delivery structure, coordinating design, procurement and on-site works to minimise disruption and deliver on programme. Whether you're a landlord preparing speculative space or a tenant moving in, we handle the full journey.
